& communal harmony. It's true to an extent. But how can we deny that the horrors of partition have left deep scars in countless families? Scars that have healed superficially but even a slight lession could open them up. A fertile ground for #RSS to sow it's seeds of hatred.

On top of that, Bengal endured 2 waves of massive migration. In 1947 & then in 1971. These changed the social fabric of Bengal for ever. The Left parties were the first to move in and corner the support of the refugees, RSS worked silently. Shakhas sprung up in far flung areas.

Successful implementation of these strategies for over 4 decades has finally borne fruits in Bengal. #RSS now has a cadre base drawn from displaced refugee families & tribals. All ready to be the willing foot soldiers to spread their message of hate. We'll explore this further.
