༄ what is chocolate mono?

-chocolate mono diet is eating only chocolate all day, sounds too good to be true right?

-this mono diet has helped others lose up to 2kg overnight; i lose about a kg overnight when i do this diet.
༄ what are the general rules?

-for the best results, you can only drink water and nothing else, (no black coffee/0cal drinks).

-you can eat as much as you want as long as you stay under your gram limit (see image attached).

-most tend to only eat one brand of dark chocolate during this, however milk chocolate has been seen to deliver similar results.

-you should drink plenty of water; 1.5-2l minimum.

-although you’re not required to, others (including me) stick to eating below their bmr or tdee.

-you should get plenty of sleep for the best results.

-preferred to not eat after 7pm.

-don’t mono after fasting, (24+).

-no chocolate with bits inside, nuts etc.
༄ my experience;

-i tend to do chocolate mono to get out of a plateu, it really helps lose quick weight. :)

-i eat below/around my bmr and i eat dark chocolate and/or milk chocolate while averaging about 7000-9000 steps.

-i stick to 1-3 brands of chocolate, (examples below).
