I just spoke to Patricia McGowan, head of operations at Nightingale Nursing Home, the home affected.

“We have one carer and a nurse who have to be running on pure adrenaline," she said.
"“They (the HSE) told us to search agencies, but the agencies don’t have anyone to send us.
"Those residents are someone’s mum and dad. We’re not in a position to care for them. We need help.”

Just to say Patricia gave permission for her name to be used, and said she is desperately appealing for help from the HSE.
