Figure fiddling from @PHE_uk

Since 15th March PHE have been double counting Positive Covid tests.

So tested week 1 positive, tested week 2 same person and positive still. You are now counted as a new positive.

The argument for this is scientifically Flawed and deceitful!

This is nothing else but case counting fraud from PHE, recounting cases week to week is false and lying about actual people with covid.

But this follows a trend as the government over report covid cases in hospital compared to official NHS data.

Effectively the data now from @PHE_uk is worthless. And the public should now disregard figures on cases and hospitalisations from http://gov.uk/covid
