After #MP #Rajasthan creates state mineral fund to channel #DMFT funds frm districts. Those with more than Rs.25 crs accrual to contribute 50%. SMF to be used for #silicosis aid+othr works. Fund to be placed under state mines dept.
State concerns: District don& #39;t hv the capacity to use big funds; burden of disease is higher in other districts whr SMF can help "rationalize" the aid.
Bigger concerns: DMF is a district level fund & districts must hv proper office & expertise to plan for its use;
