ok this is my new stan acct since my old one had gotten locked :( please read this thread and if u can help me in any way i would appreciate it :)

basically my old acct has been locked, which means all my tweets, likes, followers, people i follow, replies, and bookmarks are gone

they still exist, but if u search up my old acct @onlythe2ghosts nothing comes up and replies are shown as deleted

i can get them and my acct back only by twt allowing it. they have emailed me a link that i have to fill out abt my name, birthday, email, and a form of ID. i submitted the form abt a day ago-when my acct got locked-but i haven’t received any other emails from twt yet

the reason it’s locked is bc when i created the acct i was 12 but i used a fake birthday that made me seem 25 or something. yesterday i decided to change my birthday to my actual birthday but right after i did that twt locked my acct and said i was under 12 and i wasn’t allowed+

to use twt. (i am 13 now, and i put my correct birthday so twt knows i am 13) but since i created the acct when i was 12 i was still breaking the rules

when i try to log into it i’m only taken to the twt help website and a link that has a few questions abt me and requests a pic of an ID so it’s confirmed that i am 13 or older. i did all these steps and when i submitted it the link emailed to twt ig

but the email i got said that since it was corona and there were less workers for twt, it would take longer for them to see and verify my ID. i also submitted a BBB bc someone said it would speed up the process. i haven’t gotten any emails since

if anyone has any information that could help me i would be so happy to take it. i will keep this thread updated with what happens but if someone was able to get their locked acct back, can u please tell me how? thank u for reading this whole thing-if u got this far
