The danger comes with the anti-terror law.

The gov't insists they will follow the law, but their messaging has set the bar so low that a top miltary official is warning Liza Soberano that she can end up a communist-terrorist who might die at the hands of the military.

This flimsy basis of Parlade to accuse Liza Soberano applies to all of us. Parlade is saying that associating with these groups, even when they are not rebel or militant, will lead to death.
