Tonight, trading hints with my wife on what we bought each other for our upcoming 17th anniversary, I must have had a little frown on my face.

"What?" she asked.

"Well, I can tell by your hints that you didn& #39;t order me the life sized cardboard display of Seven of Nine as a Fenris Ranger," I answered, trying hard to mask my disappointment.

"A cardboard Seven of Nine? That& #39;s what you want for our 17th anniversary? Are you serious?" she questioned.

As I sincerely nodded my head in the affirmative, she added, "Where would you even put her?"

"There& #39;s a perfect spot in every room," I informed her.

She just stared at me for the longest time before finally rolling her eyes and stating, "Well, you didn& #39;t get me a puppy."

Fair enough, but for the record, Seven of Nine is cooler than a puppy.
