1/ Major strategy miss = use case assumption and knowledge of "substitute goods". Users who are waiting at bus stop or sitting in back of cab (aka short moments) desire low commitment content like FB newsfeed, Tik Tok, IG Stories, etc.
2/ Tactical misses = marketed company brand vs talent and show formats, lack of social sharing functionality to encourage community-led buzz and social watercooler moments, no CTV apps at launch...more
3/ To be clear, this is not schadenfreude, but instead learning for how we move the media industry forward.
