She has always valued those who work with them every step of the way--looking out for the dancers, year after year. Not only has she given them gifts like sleepwear and AirPods but she has also looked out for their health by buying them only the best quality vitamins.

Irene has always provided strength to juniors--the very same people she has trained with--NCT Doyoung said he was interested in acupunture slippers and Irene took a note of that and gifted him with it. She has also sent expensive meals to show her support for NCT.

When they were trainees, Seulgi wanted to be Irene's younger sister because she saw how good Irene was to her own. She really didn't have to do it but Irene woke Yeri up for school everyday, irons her clothes, cooks her breakfast just like a parent would.

Joy has mentioned that whenever she is tired Irene would give her a massages &when she was new, it was Irene who first approached her. Irene is Wendy's silent source of strength. At a time Wendy found it very hard to sing, it was Irene who stayed up w/ her during practices.
