up your sugar intake. it's been proven that your brain can't run on proteins or fats. so if you're low on glucose your brain can't work efficiently
try to eat more during the day when you're studying. it helps with focus as your body won't be thinking about food
limit your caffeine. it's tempting to bathe yourself in coffee but it negatively affects your mood and can cause dehydration if you're not careful
try high restriction! your brain needs roughly 500 cals over the course of a day, but when you're studying that amount increases. if you aren't already, try eating more than 800 cals if you can and you'll see a big difference
when you eat, do it away from the place you usually study in. if you eat at your desk, you might subconsciously correlate sitting in that area with food.
