first of all where are you from? or where are your parents from?
what language or languages do you speak?
are you living in the united states now or are you still in your motherland?
for hispanics: how do you feel about people taking words from the spanish dialect and turning them into sexual words? for example papi or mami
okay a question for my black hispanics/latinx moots. have you ever felt discriminated against for being having a darker skin color?
for mexicans: how do you feel about people using holidays such as dia de los muertos and using as halloween decorations?
for hispanic/latinx women: have your parents banned you from going out late or having male friends? do your brothers or male cousins get treated differently?
have you ever been called slurs or been told to go back to your country?
has someone ever told you to speak english in the united states? and have they tried to stop you from talking in spanish or portuguese?
have your ever been told you don't look hispanic or latinx?
what are some of your family traditions?
for christians: have you gone to sunday school or bible study before? i had to do it for two years.
for lgbtq+ : have your parents ever made homophobic or transphobic remarks in front of you?
for lgbtq+ : (only if you feel comfortable) have you come out to your family? if so how did it go? if not do you ever plan on doing so?
does your family have this thing were they tell you that "light skin and straight hair and light eyes" is the definition of beauty?
