To become an Enduring Crusader, one has to fight their way to the marble pillar in the sacred Labyrinth - the sleeping god Enduring Gaius. But the Labyrinth is overcome by Horrors, ghosts animated by the war and trauma of the past, and the way is not easy.

Every Crusader has a war story, and carries a link to the dead - their own dead, yes, but also the dead from Amylte's ancient wars, the Horrors that plague the world's nights.

Crusaders can use the spell pieces "Striking" "Advancing" "Protecting" "Armor" "Allies" and "Enemies". So, in Heroic Chord's fridge-poetry style magic system, they could cast spells like "Frozen Armor" or "Striking Wave", depending on where they are.
