Yes, it is the responsibility of parents to feed their children but the whole point is that some people on minimum wage are about to find out that it wasn& #39;t the minimum they could get paid. Also, we& #39;re talking about kids and whatever has gone wrong it is never their fault.

I& #39;d happily pay out more of my definitely not large income in taxes to help struggling families and everyone who wouldn& #39;t do this is basically saying they don& #39;t care about other people& #39;s children. I find that to be mean and nasty.

And yeah, maybe some parents will have made bad financial choices, we certainly have in the past, but that& #39;s still not the child& #39;s fault. Ever.
