So this gorgeous 1930s Spanish villa went on the market in LA a couple of years back.
All of the bathrooms had their original tile and fixtures, in excellent condition!

The rest of the house was also pretty cool.
Someone bought it in 2019, and spent the last year “reimagining” it before putting it back on the market.
