The only reason why Jared Leto coming back for the Snyder Cut of Justice League is fun for me is bc it puts more faith in David Ayer's OG cut of Suicide Squad also being released, which I want bc I want to see more Harley Quinn lol. Leto is a means to an end. Not a fan.

Wait. Methinks Snyder Cut x Leto Joker...can have two iconic outcomes for fans with taste. 1. Suicide Squad Ayer Cut is released 2. A Harley/Joker film...but it's not a romance, he's the main villain (which he hasn't been in a film since 2008!), and it's a Birds of Prey sequel.

Meaning Harley Quinn, Huntress, Cassandra Cain, and Black Canary, Renee Montoya all return and are up against the Joker. This? Would be great. Esp given how brutally violent Birds of Prey is... Imagine tht with the Joker. @ Christina Hodson, Cathy Yan.

Honestly, any "love" story a la Wild at Heart/Natural Born Killers with Harley Quinn and Joker (which *is* a good concept, the Mad Love thing) can be done with Poison Ivy, which again would be the first lesbian comic book film, no? Joker isn't necessary... But

If Leto is to return, I hope it benefits me and the Birds of Prey fans lol. Not the sexist kumquats who hate BOP. Give us a Birds of Prey sequel with Joker as the villain. (Then a 3rd one with David Cain and Lady Shiva.) Hello? Perfect sense.
