sitting down to study or do homework!
looking at yourself in the mirror and smiling until that smile feels genuine!
taking a deep breath!
planning out your day or weekend!
streaming dynamite!
lighting a candle or spraying some spray, any kind of releasing a nice smell into your space!
thinking about a moment that you were at your happiest and tell yourself that moment will come again soon!
opening up to someone honestly about your feelings! whether they& #39;re good or bad!
