The underpass however is still locked and has a lot of debris in it.
This under pass is also still locked, forcing the school kids coming along the cycle path to cut over Erin road.
Not my best photo but the hedges on the other side of the under pass above are half across the path which makes passing the other bikes difficult @CityofCT
This is not unused or unnecessary infrastructure @CityofCT . In the 6 minutes I spent messing around taking photos there were 2 families that cycled to the Erin road parking lot then crossed over to ride at the common.
In the same time above there were 5 scholars making their way from Claremont towards liesbeck parkway. Please could we have this crucial cycle and walking artery returned and made safe again @CityofCT . It’s a very busy road and the underpasses are very welcomed.
I have logged 5 tickets for the above issues a week ago and great to see some of them being actioned. If @PedalPowerPPA and @staywider could promote the city query log process then more commuting cyclists will log queries and thinks can start being fixed. Happy biking
