Wayne County Public Health is hosting a drive-thru flu vaccine clinic! The clinic will take place on Saturday, October 24th at the Fire Training Building at 1519 Nye Rd in Lyons, 14489 (behind the Wayne County Nursing Home).
The hours for the clinic will be from 10am to 1pm, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!! YOU WILL CHOOSE AN ARRIVAL TIME WHEN REGISTERING!!
YOU MUST PRE-REGISTER FOR THIS EVENT USING THE LINK BELOW!! READ CAREFULLY AND FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS!!
