HOW TO STUDY EFFICIENTLY BASED ON A HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT A THREAD;
(don't know if this works for everyone)
Write your notes, instead of printing them, for some reason it always works for me, btw this is all based on experience so uhmmm yeah
If u print notes u can make practice questions-it mimics quizzes/important details/revision *only the important parts or the one u are required to memorize* like these:
Make your notes neat, it doesn't have to be pretty or aesthetic. It makes u feel motivated to study.
I personally use these kind of formats.
Be positive about your subjects it's the most important thing haha
Listen to your teacher attentively usually the ones your teacher focuses discussing is the one he/she will also give during tests. Always add additional infos on your notes that the teacher mentions.
Finish harder tasks. Do harder tasks in the morning rather than night because during the night people tend to get lazy. I prefer doing easier ones at night because it's faster, also this method makes u cram less.
Tips on how to absorb textbooks like a sponge:
1. Scheme through the whole chapter just to visualize how long and what you're gonna learn.
2. Look at the tests in the end.
3. Read the bold texts.
4. Read summary.
5. Try answering tests in the end, until perfection.
The previous tweet above this tweet is fast if u don't have much time, or u like cramming haha.
By the way I got the said technique here:
I also added tips from experience.
Another one is the Pomodoro Method where you study 25 minutes and have an interval of 5 minutes, but don't use your phone during interval as it can distract u. U can also sleep and study so u sleep during interval but ofcourse the ratio would be different like 120 to 30 minutes.
I forgot to end the thread haha. None of these pictures are mine.
