Many people in the world of tech are delusional and ignorant.

Take those people who argue about Android vs iOS or Samsung vs iPhone, for example.

One group lives in a bubble and don’t know any idea about any other phone and the other group just couldn’t accept facts.
There are two types of people I don’t like on Twitter’s tech pages,
1. Biased fanboys
2. Clueless people who blindly tell people what to buy, do, and avoid, without actually having any idea about those things. Plus, these people are also the ones who spread false infos
But out of these two types, I hate the second group the most.

Why?

Firstly, they spread lies about a certain device just because they “found this thing online, so it must be true”
Then, they also don’t have any idea about how these devices work.

Then after that, they always complain without any context. For example: they would complain about their 2 year old phones not having features from a newly launched phone, then they would rant about that online.
And read these statements from those people to see why I hate them:

“My old Galaxy A3 was so laggy, so that means all Samsung phones are laggy”
“My old iPhone 6 takes bad photos, so that means all iPhones take bad photos”
And there are many other examples, too....

Usually, biased fanboys only care about their favourite brands. But these people are just clueless and wouldn’t learn or do research about anything (a.k.a easily brainwashed).
I still don’t like stupid fanboys too, though.

Being a biased fanboy for about 12 years made me realise how stupid I was for defending a certain company.

Glad I went through that phase, even though people still stupidly accused me as a fanboy/iSheep/Samsheep lol.
Maybe because Samsung and Apple fanboys are so big in numbers, I found that these two companies have the worst fanboys in the whole world.

If I say something bad about Apple, Android fanboys are on my side and Apple fanboys will scream at me.
But if I say something bad about Android or Samsung, Apple fanboys are on my side and Android/Samsung fanboys will scream at me.

Those things have happened before, even though things I said were either facts or purely my opinions.
But in reality, there are so many Samsung and Apple fanboys that people forgot there are fanboys from other companies that are also as bad.

They’re just small in numbers and that’s it.
These are the most noticeable fanboy characters for some brands.

Samsung fanboys: don’t want to know about facts that will ruin Samsung’s image

Apple fanboys: don’t want to try Android phones just because of some stereotypical lies (they don’t want to find out the truth either)
Sony fanboys: don’t want to accept opinions from people. They’ll say nonsense about reviewers, saying they’re paid by certain companies to say bad things about their beloved brand

OnePlus fanboys: use curse words to argue, while mocking you and your family at the same time
Huawei fanboys: defending huawei by saying things like”installing GMS is easy. Why would you say it’s a disadvantage?” or “P40 Pro is a DxOMark king”

And so on.
