The only downside is that since is not an ETF, the spread can get a bit much from the NAV, so check it on http://bitcoin.clarkmoody.com/dashboard  the current premium, anything between 15% and 18 % is good enough to justify 50% capital tax on your gains later 4/X

Again, this is limited to your TFSA, so the idea is just to be a nice sidekick to your stash. And yes, I have some myself also on my RRSP since I can’t really reach out for that money as well.
