@virginmedia - the worst customer service from this company. Wifi is down yet again, this time it will be down for 18 hours. However we can't claim compensation because we are not paying for a business line - that's the worst crap I have heard in a long time.
@virginmedia - following on from my previous post. The customer service guy hung up because he said he couldn't help. Or maybe that was because he couldn't be bothered. My son has uni lectures and is having to use his data - this uses more than 5gb of his data
@richardbranson - is this how your company treats there customers? Your staff need to be trained on how to speak to customers. Takes hours to connect to someone then they put the phone down on you - shame on this company
