just want to clarify a few things for people who missed or don’t understand what happened because people are saying i hate stans/mcyttwt when that is completely incorrect. i tried shedding light on a video about toxic stan behavior, this video was titled along the lines of

“why stan twitter sucks” which is why everyone immediately thought i was hating on mcyttwt and stans as a whole, but in the first 30 seconds of the video he claims very clearly it’s only about a small portion of the stan community (the toxic portion). i just want to throw this

rumors aside that i hate the whole community cuz it’s wrong and people are saying “we pay ur bills how can you hate us” but i was literally only referring to like 1 percent of the stans. this community brought me to where i am today i don’t know why i would ever turn my back

to it, i love you guys. anyways the REAL reason i messed up was because the video did not censor the handles of the accounts of which were showcased throughout the video, therefore causing people to be incredibly vulnerable to hate and threat messages and it was just really bad.

anyways just wanted to clarify what happened for those who missed it, i had a feeling deleting the tweets would cause confusion but it’s alright, just link people this thread if they are curious
