Drones can be paired with antennas to provide internet to the unconnected communities they fly above.

A localised intranet network can be accessed via bluetooth on a laptop or smartphone.

The WiFi network is expanded on other users' routers.

Information can be transferred without mobile data.

Provide phones

Send phones to connected areas with low handset ownership.

SMS opens a two-way channel. Citizens can make requests & government can respond.

Data can inform actionable reports for governments, which can be made available to the public and media.
