So, #PSGMUN 1-2, A thread:
Yesterday's game, was really quite something.
We played in two phases. One with Telles, and one with Pogba, with both structures having a different way of approaching the game.

Throughout the 90 minutes, Fred and Scott were pivotal to the way we played (nice pun eh?)
They had to screen the defense, and the mobility and the drive to get the second balls and challenge for the 50/50s proved very useful for us both offensively and defensively.

We started the game with a 3-4-3, going to a 3-4-1-2 in the attacking transitions and in possession, with Bruno occupying a free role in the centre of the pitch, a free 10, with the ability to roam around and be the dynamic cog for us during our attacks.
Telles and AWB provided the width on the flanks, and space for lateral passes.
Again, Bruno was the integral element to this working out well.

With Pogba though, we shifted to a much more attacking and narrower structure, in a 4-4-2 diamond, with McTom as the deepest point, and Bruno the furthest.
Defensively though, in both the phases, we usually maintained a rigid and a compact 5-2-3.
We tried to play the offside trap on multiple occasions too, by maintaining a higher line than expected by a team playing 5 at the back.

Be it the Diamond or the 3-4-2-1, Fred and Scott were disciplined to screen the defense and did their job in securing the win.
Not to forget though, DDG had to perform today, and he most certainly did. A World Class performance from him too.

Tactically, we saw the best of Solksjaer today, and he made us look very strong both defensively and offensively.
Well these were my thoughts. I just felt I had to pen it down.
