How dare you tell me that I wasn't wearing a mask when I ALWAYS do?

How dare you tell me that I've transgressed a rule that doesn't exist. Masks are recommended when booking a trip in your app, not required. Even so, I wear one.
@Uber_Australia @Uber_Support How dare you treat me like a second-class citizen when I'm one of your most regular customers, across Uber and UberEats?

How dare you demand that I send you a PHOTO of myself to you BEFORE you ALLOW me to book a ride with you?
@Uber_Australia @Uber_Support Most of all, how dare you assume that I'm in the wrong and not your driver who's mistaken?

If you think this is how customer service works, no wonder you have competition breathing down your necks.
