Answer to some questions and they'd be as stumped as me, because it's stuff that is outdated and/or is inapplicable to the actual job. I'm pretty sure the point is just to make a solid curve, but the result is it's a test that solely tests how good people are at tests.
I scored in the 99%ile but my actual raw test score was usually about a 60-70, and most of it was from being good at SAT prep strategy, which doesn't seem like it's necessarily getting the most knowledgeable technicians. It's pref to pure evaluations, but it kind of stinks.
