A thread explaining how strong Bang Chan is based on the @Stray_Kids ALL IN M/V :

Based on the picture below from the M/V, Bang Chan is seen in a room/gold depository with a huge bag of gold bars. The standard gold bar held as gold reserves weighs 12.4kg.

Assuming the bag is a huge duffle bag with an average size of 22x14x9 inches, an estimated 12-15 gold bars can be fit inside the bag which makes the total weight of gold bars being carried ranging around 148.8kg ~ 186kg.

The weight range being carried by Bang Chan with just one hand completely surpassed the average weight that can be carried by an average male. Taking the median of the range of weight of gold bars being carried (164.7kg), Bang Chan is able to carry 4 of me with his right hand.

This shows how strong Bang Chan is for carrying a huge amount of gold bars in the music video. As an additional information, the duffle bag is also assumed to be made out of strong high quality material to sustain the heavy weight of the gold bars.
