HOW TO MAKE PANCAKES
- a thread for my girlfriend.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
1 bag of pancake mix
1 medium egg
1 - 2 tablespoons of oil
3/4 cups (or more) of water

step one: prepare your pancake mix (i sift mine because this shit chunks up)

step two: add your egg and oil and mix it up until it looks crumbly

step three: gradually add water to the mixture until it looks viscous (meaning not solid nor liquid)

step four: add a chunk of butter to a hot pan on medium-high heat and let that shit melt

step five: once the butter is melted and fine, reduce heat to low-medium to avoid the butter getting burnt (yes butter can burn) and add 1/3 cup of your mixture in the pan

and now we play the waiting game and wait until you see bubbles in the surface

and lastly, flip it and boom, you got your pancakes.
