I know I'm in a better position than a lot of people. Just trust me when I say it's not good enough and not something we should settle for. The problems with healthcare are inclusive of, but definitely not limited to economics.

If the doctors are still racist, still queermisic, still don't have trans inclusive healthcare, still don't have accessible equipment, still disrespect non-christian religions, etc.,
