my thoughts about tfa (and why i stopped reading)... meh hahaha

so 1. i don't like how slow paced the story is. nasa ilang chapter na yung story, nasa shs pa rin sila.

2. that story is part of an interconnected series pero anong chapter na, hindi pa rin lumalabas yung mga important events from other installment ng series kasi masyadong

nagfocus sa panliligaw, habulan, at confused state ng mc

3. plot-wise, walang magets sa plot. like ano ba talaga yung pinaka-pinupunto ng story? how a trashy boy turned goody baby boy because he now found his love? yun lang ba? malapit na sa kalahati pero wala pa ring direksyon

4. i really don't like the trope na trashy-boy-found-his-love-he-is-a-goody-boy-now sobrang meh talaga at naroromanticize yung kagaguhan ng lalaki na oks lang maging gago sa iba kasi di pa naman sila yung love mo ???

5. inconsistency of the mc. like i said, that story is part

of an INTERCONNECTED series. if his point of view, actions, and attitude from other story is different compared to his own story, then it is inconsistency.

6. fanaticism of the readers. they can't accept criticisms and they can't accept the fact that the mc is indeed trash

they kept on saying that the author said that he is the best,,, but the author meant he is the best in terms of courting. + if the author said he is the best but what the hell are we reading right now? i can't see the best part

7. the constant categorizing and namecalling. i.e., labeling liberated girls as "sl*tty"

8. the friends of the author spoiled who the end game is. end game na lang yung thrill ng story but they chose to spoil it pa

9. plotholes like accdg to his present self (college)

never pa siya nagkagusto sa mga "sl*tty" girls (yes, even in college, ganyan pa rin tawag niya) and then ngayong shs nagkakagusto na pala siya hindi mahinhin. sobrang ???

clearly, if there's no team, there's no hype
