To highlight your mentions and not the mentions of others:
1. roam/css to highlight all mentions (outline)
2. Local css via Stylus plugin to highlight mentions of you (filled red)

Then pull all mentions of #[[ @name]] via a query to a person's own "Attention" page as their notification list and they can process them from all from within there.
