I have tried very hard to sincerely understand how someone who identifies as a Christian conservative can vote for Joe Biden. Ive asked, Ive read, Ive engaged. I am not exaggerating when I tell you I have gotten nothing close to a coherent reason.
If you don’t vote for Trump as a Christian conservative, ok, I get it. We are not in total agreement, but I understand. I cannot for the life of me understand how a Christian conservative can vote Biden. It defies all reasoning.
They all insist they’re not voting on emotion. They care about abortion. They believe in religious liberty. But they still think Biden will unify and lead us well. I don’t doubt their sincerity, so I have to assume they are simply grossly misinformed.
To be fair, they do give reasons. But they’re not *coherent* reasons. They’re unspecific, intangible reasons that include words like “unity,” “empathy,” “normalcy,” “compassion,” but they cannot tell me which policies Biden represents that they agree with.
If you’re a leftist, voting for Biden makes complete sense! Tbh I could probably articulate the reasoning better than some of them can. 😂 But a Christian conservative? Nah. Again, I can comprehend not voting for Trump. Can’t get voting for Biden.
