Okay, let's get on this soap box, I guess.
With a few limited exceptions, we've never had a good Transformers toy of a lady Transformers character that's an original mold (i.e. not a redeco/retool/remold) https://twitter.com/JenApparently/status/1318685140068032513
First, let's talk about the figures/molds we aren't going to talk about:
POTP Elita-1 (Starscream retool); Titans Return Arcee, Nautica, and Windblade (Blurr & Highbrow redecos/retools, respectively); Combiner Wars/UW Victorion/MegaEmpress (redecos); MMC Titanika (redeco)
For what it's worth, these are all my FAVORITE lady TF toys.

Why?
And why are others not great Transformers toy?

Let's go back and discuss what makes a Transformers toy...
Look back at Transformers toys from now all the way back to 1984. First and foremost, Transformers toys convert into vehicles. Even the earliest G1 toys from 1984 did this VERY WELL. To achieve this, these toys use parts of their robot modes to BECOME their alt-modes.
Looking at modern Generations/WFC toys, the best molds do this. Siege Sideswipe is a GREAT example. SO MUCH of Sideswipe's body converts into his alt-mode. Torso, shoulders, and legs all become part of the car body while his arms and legs fold in on themselves to shrink down.
Even modern shellformers do a GREAT JOB of reducing their robot mode mass and incorporating and hiding it into the alt-mode while the alt-mode shell ADDS TO the robot mode. Case in point? The Siege Seekers!
Now look at original lady character TF molds from the modern era. Arms & legs are smushed into shells of alt-mode, often dangling in plain sight. Very little (if any) of the bot mode turns into parts of the alt-mode. And no, Moonracer's bosom & girl-abs in alt-mode DON'T COUNT.
In short, none of these modern, original lady bots are FUN Transformers toys even if a few of them look passable in both modes. Third party offerings don't fair much better in either department. Fiddly messes trying to smush a lady bot into alt-mode shell pieces.
You'll notice I didn't mention a few obvious ones? First let's talk about TFP Arcee (both First Edition and RID Deluxe) and Thrilling 30 Chromia. All versions of these molds suffer the same issues as other lady shellformers but, in their defense, that's a line-wide thing from TFP
Now another omission: Animated Arcee. She's great and maybe one of the most successful original mold lady bots in Transformers history. But, she still transforms LESS than her Animated class-size mates (only her legs and shoulders really transform at all)
A final omission from above: RID/Adventure Strongarm. She's actually REALLY GREAT and, in terms of being a successful transforming toy, she easily is one of the best ever released. But she's simplified. It's disappointing we can't get toys this well-designed in the main line.
Now for the hall of shame. I won't mention TFA/Legends Blackarachnia or TFP Airachnid if you don't. Agreed? Sweet Solus. My queendom for a good lady spider-bot, right?
Before anyone says the problem is character designs of characters like G1 Arcee or Windblade. Consider this: these retools are FABULOUS, actually transform (by my criteria above) and look like their character models. Imagine these with more $$ for parts, paint, and design?
I'm not trying to be negative. I own (have owned or want to own) every. single. toy. referenced in this thread and I LOVE THEM ALL. I just REALLY REALLY REALLY MORE lady Transformers toys that are actually FUN to transform because that's a VERY small minority of them.
Also, to be clear, I'd also be VERY HAPPY if Hasbro/Takara and 3P Companies abandoned trying to crammed a Barbie-esque robot into her robot backpack for alt-mode and just gave us MORE redecos, retools, and remolds of the boy bots. I don't care how I get better lady-bot TF toys...
It's late and I'm tired, we'll do the "Why we haven't had a successful MP Combiner" soapbox tomorrow lol
Now before you say: "Hey Jenevieve! You forgot _______."

Go check this thread that addresses a LOT of the toys I was too lazy/forgot to include last night. https://twitter.com/JenApparently/status/1318941713306714113?s=20
Wait! Two more omissions I must address: MP Blackarachnia and the up-coming WFC Kingdom Blackarachnia.

I like the MP and I dislike the Kingdom figure for the exact same reason: they're slavish-accuracy to the Blackarachnia's original character model. https://twitter.com/RanmaFan85/status/1318969970395676672?s=20
This is essentially a crossover with my other thread about "Sexy Lady Robot" Transformers from earlier today. Beast Wars Blackarachnia is known for many things and one of those is her very defined and protruding robot sexy tiddy (allegedly inspired by an exotic dancer)
MP Blackarachnia is fiddly mess but through crunching and shellforming she also has VERY cartoon accurate bot and spider modes. This shellforming and crunching is very typical of other Takara MP Beast Wars bots so it's hard to call it out.
From an aesthetic/design perspective, I've discussed at length why I think the homogeny of hour-glass big tiddy sexy robot ladies from HasTak should end. But MP Blackarchnia's design isn't today's problem. It's 1996's design problem. She's as screen accurate as other recent MPs.
The upcoming Kingdom Blackarachnia is a whole other issue because while there has been a very heavy G1 toon aesthetic in the entire War for Cybertron line, it hasn't been across the board. Look at Siege Hound. Even the Earthrise Seekers take liberties.
I'll reserve judgment on how Kingdom Blackarachnia succeeds as a Transformers toy until I've had her and other Kingdom toys in hand. BUT. There is NO REASON why Blackarachnia's bosom couldn't have been less bombastic especially when her wave mates aren't so "anatomically correct"
