Ok @Delta I need answers. You canceled the DL 249 from Lagos to Atlanta with NO notice via email or text, you had NO attendants at the counter to assist with rebooking and lodging, AND YOU CHARGED A FEE TO REBOOK FOR THE FLIGHT YOU CANCELED.

I NEED ANSWERS
I will never fly with @Delta again because not one of their passengers were offered any assistance, any compensation, or refund for the flight canceled. They left everyone stranded. @Delta consistently treats their Black African passengers like shit.
And the other airlines were honest and told us that @Delta attendees were told to leave so @Delta wouldn’t have the responsibility of rebooking and finding hotels for their stranded passengers.

Is this how you treat people @Delta?!
