3. Fife is genuinely beautiful, I’d go as far to say it’s a @VisitScotland best kept secret
4. On #RxTechDay it would be amiss of me not to say that the pharmacy technicians working in Fife are on another level. Consistently raising the bar for the profession

5. We do things ‘first’ and lead on lots of pieces of work. We just don’t brag about it (enough).
6. Work life balance is good. I rarely get emails out of hours and am challenged by my fellow senior colleagues to stop sending them (sorry, I’m used to it, I’ll learn!)

7. We have clear vision, direction and ambition as to where we want to go as a pharmacy service. Everyone has an opportunity to shape this.
8. We have excellent partnership with our Community Pharmacy teams - this allows us to really make services better for the whole population

9. We are not afraid to work outside of our comfort zones. We have an environment where we encourage constructive challenge from others to allow us to continually reflect, adapt, change and grow.
10. Clichéd but you get to work with an incredible team... and I work there too.
