As I said: I *think* red portions of the sun belt are secure. Tho Biden is of course gonna play for FL cause that is a knock out punch in the unlikely event it lands.

But notice he is paranoid/cautious (depending on perspective) abt securing the rust belt. That’s the battlefield

Just to be clear: all I’m saying is this is extremely cautious (given what the polls say in the rust belt).

This isn’t a Biden landslide spending breakdown (even if he were to win in a landslide by happenstance).

This is a “don’t take any chances” approach, clearly.

He’s not trying to expand the map aggressively (which he should be if he’s really 9 points ahead, why not right)
