If you want to stand out at work make your presence felt from day one

I don’t mean to be obnoxious or anything like that. I mean your presence as far as what you bring to that company

At my current company I started off on nights but after a month I had the clients telling my mgmt about how good of analyst I am

I saw days slacking so every night I would come in to fix problems and make process more efficient

I was never afraid of not speaking my mind because my team was lol

My character,presence, and work ethic has gotten me perks that some of the other team mates don’t get

As mundane as it sounds reply to those emails with your thoughts. Even if no one is directly telling you good job they’re watching.
