What would folks do here? Lcx (iFR 0.78 if curious) PCI that resulted in a small left main dissection. See the pre, peri, and post Angios below and then the OCT run. Small tear started and ended within left main (from a prox plaque), measured 3.5mm length. #cardiotwitter

Interestingly we only saw it on that one angio and it was not apparent after that. Could have have easily been missed. My guess is this happens more than we think in these smaller left mains, bet it woulda been tough to see even on IVUS.
