Inspired from @stysmmaker 's AE screenflip video, I made a reaper script which makes midi from media items automatically. Install and instructions are in thread.
Download script from this link and put it in the path in first picture. If you can't see Roaming folder, press WIN + R and type %APPDATA% and click okay.

Then open the REAPER, to the Actions tab and click Show action list. And find item2midi in filter section. If you can't find, click "Load" in Reascripts and open item2midi.lua
Then you have to select the track which you want (script will make error if you don't select track), and go to action list and "RUN" the item2midi.lua
Caution: It's beta version, so it could have minor error. I will upload the fixed, and feature-added version on my blog. https://ytpmv-info-en.blogspot.com/ Also I will make a tweet in my twitter and this thread.
@stysmmaker Script is updated on ReaPack! https://reapack.com/ Go to this site and install ReaPack. You can find script by searching as you can see in image. Also, I updated the script little bit. More information on this thread.
