slash is trying to race the penguin down the slide in cool, cool mountain & has died 10 times. he is mad & moved onto a different level

i remember that slide was sooo hard for me, too. i feel like i’m reliving my childhood.

he says mario 64 is way too hard. “they’re so mean. there is not one single level that is chill. the first level is a warzone!”

we are back to cool, cool mountain. slash has been fed. he is in a good mood. i also called him my “favorite streamer” to butter him up.

slash is learning that greedily chasing after 1-up mushrooms means death.

sound design appreciation: the cool arp when you pause and select “exit course”

i think the best part so far is watching slash stumble across new things (for example, the interior of the pyramid, or accidentally walking into a secret warp spot) and seeing his genuine surprise

he is upset that he can run up the vertical pillars in shifting sand land, and extra upset that he can’t run up a different wall with the same texture.

he is delighted that boos have taken over the courtyard
