Tbh as a PC gamer who used to be console gamer, I have to say that console gamers deserve better. No, I'm not talking about exclusives

-Free online play but with optional premium paid subscription services
-Backwards compatibility
-Official support for modding, DIY and homebrews https://twitter.com/DmR_Maydayhype/status/1318332669730619392

-Being able to play all legacy titles either from digital marketplace or from physical collections
-Cross platform multiplayer between consoles
-Ability to change graphics settings
-Support for legacy peripherals

Tbh the reason why consoles are still relevant is because of convenience and brand loyalty.

PCs are getting easier to build, so brand loyalty is becoming the dominant reason nowadays.

It's really sad that console fanboys are getting even more radicalized and hurt the brand reps
