@WestMidRailway why do you keep cancelling the 15:33 and the 15:46 from Hayley to Rowley trains? The school children rely on those trains to get home why don’t you cancel the ones before it so they can home safely? Parents know what time the trains are due so we can collect.1/2

Them, and for once you’ve put a replacement bus service on instead of expecting us to drive all the way to Hadley to collect them and there’s no ETA at the train station. We pay for a season ticket to get our kids home safely and you constantly fail them. We have to check

Daily now to see if our kids are going to be stranded. We checked at lunch time today and it wasn’t cancelled and then by 2 it is. The service you provide is awful. We pay for a service and expect to get it. These are school children. Cancel the other trains #Hagley
