Kaand word doesn& #39;t mean anything which has happened something gloom-ridden or some act which seems to be implicit. Kaanda word means "canto" or specific parts of a literature mainly used in hindu scriptures.
In Vedas, karmakaanda word has never been used to tell the viewers
That the karma or the work was worth of rejection.
Especially, in our holy and very popular epic "Ramayana" kaanda word has been used innumerably.

Ayodhyakaand, ikshukaand, agnikaand, akaand, aprakaand, and the most beautiful canto known as "sundarkaand".
In the sundarkaand, lord hanuman was the protagonist who possessed selflessness, highly admirable strength had a journey to lanka where his mother worth sita was being captivating illicitly by ravana.
From the collosal leap across the ocean and creating havoc in Lanka with his
Tail fire and returning to kishkindha was sundarkaand. And I don& #39;t think so that anything was gloomy during this incident. So next time before using kaand word in a mocking or in a negative way , try to remember what& #39;s your religion talks about.https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="🙏" title="Folded hands" aria-label="Emoji: Folded hands">https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="🙏" title="Folded hands" aria-label="Emoji: Folded hands">https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="🙏" title="Folded hands" aria-label="Emoji: Folded hands">
