This is can be easily cleared up with questions answered.

1. Who applied for this job?

Who was passed up for it and why?

We have questions about the hiring practices, appointments of ppl then being educated after hiring

How is funding education like this sustainable? How much is the police budget and who decides it? who decides education expenditures?

The Cao decides the education budget?

How much of our taxes go to drps?

How much is the budget going up for next fiscal period?
.How many members are in long term acting roles?

Who approves those roles?

Who decides the pay grids of management and other staff?
How many grids/steps is there for civillians?

HOw do ppl move up a grid- hours/seniority?

if someone starts at a grid of 4 how long should it take for them to be at the pay of $160k? #AskingForAFriend
