On this day, 2011, Libyan leader #MuammarGaddafi was k!lled by US-NATO-EU backed forces
A leader, under whose rule Libya became a prosperous, literate & had GDP per capita higher than the EU & US

A detailed ๐“๐ก๐ซ๐ž๐š๐ on how the death of a leader led the whole country to ruin:
๐Ÿ”ถBefore 2011 :
๐Ÿ”ท #MuammarGaddafiโ€™s #Libya was Africaโ€™s Most Prosperous Democracy.
๐Ÿ”นUnited Nations prepared a lengthy dossier praising Gaddafiโ€™s human rights achievements & commended Libya for bettering its โ€œlegal protectionsโ€ for citizens, making human rights a โ€œpriority,โ€
๐Ÿ”ทthings provided to Libyan's under Gaddafi's rule-
๐Ÿ”นaccess to housing.
#funfact- During Gaddafiโ€™s era housing was considered a human right. Consequently, there was virtually no homelessness or Libyans living under bridges
How many Libyan homes and bridges did NATO destroy?
๐Ÿ”นequal pay for equal work law
๐Ÿ”นLibyan working mothers enjoyed a range of benefits including cash bonuses for children, free day care, free health care centers, and retirement at 55.
๐Ÿ”นhealth care was a human right and it was free for all Libyans.
๐Ÿ”นeducation was free for all.
๐Ÿ”นIf a Libyan was unable to find employment after graduation the State would pay that person the average salary of their profession.
๐Ÿ”น free electricity
๐Ÿ”น interest free loans
๐Ÿ”นThe price of petrol was around $0.14 per liter and citizens received a percentage of it's oil shares
๐Ÿ”นGovernment paid 50% of the price of your car
๐Ÿ”นAny Libyan who wanted to start a farm was given a house, farmland, livestock and seeds by the state
๐Ÿ”นBefore Gaddafi, only 25% of Libyans were literate. This figure was brought up to 87% with 25% earning university degrees.
๐Ÿ”นnewly weds recieved $50,000 to find a home
mothers received $5,000 on the birth of a child
๐Ÿ”นThe Great Manmade River was designed by Gaddafi's administration to make water readily available to all Libyanโ€™s. Gaddafi famously called it "The Eighth Wonder of the World".
๐Ÿ”นIf Libyans cannot find the education or medical facilities they needed in Libya, the government funded them to go abroad for it.
๐Ÿ”นGaddafi vowed that his parents would not get a house until everyone in Libya had a home.
โžก๏ธLibya had the highest GDP per capita and life expectancy in Africa and less people lived below the poverty line than in the Netherlands.

He was killed because the west, NATO (and let's not excuse Hillary Clinton for her role here) cannot stand to see an African nation become prosperous and independent. Gaddafi helped Libya become a sovereign self-sufficient nation.
โžก๏ธreasons
๐Ÿ) ๐†๐จ๐ฅ๐ ๐œ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ซ๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ฒ
Before the fall of Tripoli & his demise, Gaddafi was trying to introduce a single African currency linked to gold
Gaddafi wanted to introduce & only trade in the African gold Dinar, a move which would've thrown the west's economy into chaos
The USD is the primary currency of the world through a system called, Petrodollar Recycling. By this system, all oil in the world can only be traded through the USD. If anyone violates this agreement theyโ€™ll have to face the US military. Eg., Muammar Gaddafi and Saddam Hussein.

The Rothschilds were the main motivators to create a central bank in almost every country. Although, the Rothschilds do own most of the central banks of the world directly or indirectly, Libyan banking system never allowed a foreign power to own them.
The Rothschild own shares in the Federal Reserve Bank of the US through their private banks & private banks of third parties who are unofficially affiliated with them
The Insurgents who killed Gaddafi were the first ones to introduce a Rothschild bank https://www.stlouisfed.org/in-plain-english/who-owns-the-federal-reserve-banks

As the western media had the coverage Arab Spring, they emphasized protests in Libya and showed them as mass & popular demonstrations that characterized Tunisia and Egypt even though they never replicated
Political analysts agree that there was never a mass movement on a "national scale" like the other countries, nor was there popular support to overthrow Gaddafi's government.
Gaddafi's leaving the leadership of Libya created a power vacuum which paved a way for violent insurgents

Under Gaddafiโ€™s unique system of direct democracy, traditional institutions of government were disbanded & abolished, and power belonged to the people directly through various committees and congresses
Far from control being in the hands of one man, Libya was highly decentralized and divided into several small communities that were essentially โ€œmini-autonomous Statesโ€ within a State. These autonomous States had control over their districts and could make a range of decisions...
... including how to allocate oil revenue and budgetary funds. Within these mini autonomous States, the three main bodies of Libyaโ€™s democracy were Local Committees, Basic Peopleโ€™s Congresses and Executive Revolutionary Councils.
The fundamental difference between western democratic systems and the Libyan Jamahiriyaโ€™s direct democracy is that in Libya all citizens were allowed to voice their views directly in hundreds of committees attended by tens of thousands of ordinary citizens.
๐Ÿ”ทFar from being a military dictatorship, Libya under Mr. Gaddafi was Africaโ€™s most prosperous democracy. On numerous occasions Mr. Gaddafiโ€™s proposals were rejected by popular vote during Congresses and the opposite was approved and enacted as legislation.
๐Ÿ”ทA proud bedouin, he endured the mockery of the west by appearing at the UN wearing traditional bedouin clothes, and famously pitched a bedouin tent inside an estate owned by Donald Trump prior to his famous UN speech.
๐Ÿ”ถAfter 2011:
Today, after US intervention, Libya is home to the worldโ€™s largest loose arms cache, and its a transit zone for Tuareg separatists, jihad!sts who forced Maliโ€™s national military from Timbuktu and increasingly IS!$ militiamen led by former US ally Abdelhakim Belhadj.
