Hi @Jae_Day6 @Represent, We have placed an order for Jaes collab. The order has amounted to 413.9 Dollars 20K PHP. Today we received an email saying that our items are lost. People purchased through our shop and I hope if not replaced, wish we can get a full refund.
October 15 we received this email saying that orders are delayed , but today we received an email saying our package is lost. But we cant accept store credit since there are people who purchased through us expecting this merchandise, if we cant give it they deserve a refund.
To make things clear, here is the proof THAT WE HAVE FULLY PAID FOR THE MERCHANDISE. @Represent please clarify the true status of our orders, if you cant replace the merch please atleast give a full refund so we can refund the people who have purchased from us.
@Represent we will not accept store credit. Alot of fans are anticipating this merch so much and if not the merchandise atleast give us full refund, thats the least you can do. @Jae_Day6 im sorry bub but I hope you can help out with this đŸ„ș
We also received this huhu saying it would be shipped early , but negated due to the email saying there is delay.

This is really frustrating because the buyers might (100% probably) lose their trust in us as a shop, and as a fan I was really excited for the merchandise to arrive (even printed out freebies despite the because I was so happy about of the cause of this campaign) @Represent
Also a mutual dmed me regarding this and said to take a look at my order (view order) and this is what pops up. I hope its just a problem with tracking in dhl huhuhu, as my moot experienced the same problem. But I really wish you could clarify the true status.

Hello guys thanks for all the qrts/rts/ and likes. Through thr help of some moots, ill try and email dhl regarding this issue also, and email represent again. I will post all updates in this thread
@Represent will be contacting dhl regarding the tracking number. Maybe this has been a misunderstanding since its only been 4 days after October 16 but I really hope you can see this thread so we can have a proper conversation.
