i wanna start this thread by saying this may not work the same for everyone. i started at abt 150 lbs and at the end of the time period i was around 134 / 135 - ish, so i was quite overweight.
+ this is also the fastest way i have lost weight :]
1. ROLLERSKATING !
this part is so important istg. rollerskating can burn around 330 calories in an hour for a 143 lbs person. apart from walking, this was the only form of exercise i did. i would try to do it for about an hour -

everyday and sometimes i would do more depending on how i was feeling, but this is definitely the key part to how i lost the weight.
( + you can buy rollerskates for really cheap !! my pair were abt £45 or more but thats about the average price so. it depends on the brand )
2. RESTRICTION !
for restriction, i restricted to about 500-600 kcals a day, but most of the time i did omad at around 5 - 6 pm each day. also considering i was also rollerskating, i would burn most of the calories off.

3. FASTING !
i fasted for 1 or 2 days a week, sometimes i would do longer but i would make sure i fasted for at least 1 day a week if not 2. sometimes i would fast for most of the week, again depending on how i felt.

but i always liquid fasted since i hate the taste of water soooo ... water fasting may be more affective idk.
i think thats pretty much it tbh. i wasnt at school at the time due to c0vid so i think if i was i would've lost more due to the walking and shit. but .. yeah :] thats how i lost 16 lbs in a month and a half i guess
