National Human Rights Commission on Monday submitted a list of 35 operatives of the disbanded Special Anti-Robbery Squad to the Attorney-General/Minister of Justice, Mr Abubakar Malami (SAN), for prosecution. https://twitter.com/IleowoKikiowo/status/1318465786697089024
It's not a new list. Just an extract from the full report of the Special Presidential Panel on SARS submitted to the President on June 3, 2019... #EndSARS
So a list of 35 rogue SARS personnel was submitted to the President in Jun 2019 and 1 year 4 months later, NO ACTION has been taken. Why won't there be protests to #EndSARS ?
The listed 35 SARS officers were indicted for - Extrajudicial killings
- Unlawful arrest and detention
- Threat and intimidation
- Seizure of properties
- Illegal freezing of accounts of innocent citizens

#EndSARS
If the government has any iota of seriousness in this matter, the first step should be an IMMEDIATE prosecution of the listed 35 SARS personnel... show some seriousness to #EndSARS
Jun 3, 2019: List of 35 rogue SARS officers submitted to President @MBuhari. No Action

Oct 19, 2020: List of 35 rogue SARS officers submitted to AGF @MalamiSan for prosecution.

#EndSARS
Can @NhrcNigeria publish the list of 35 rogue SARS personnel submitted for prosecution?

Is the 2019 Presidential Panel report made public?

@TonyOjukwuO #EndSARS
